Cancellation Policy

The reservation deposit will not be refundable for total cancellation. El depósito de la reserva no será reembolsable por cancelación total. First cancellation with 24 hours before will get a rescheduled to a different date. Second cancellation the deposit will not be refunded but you will be able to make another appointment with the full price. These terms and conditions also are applicated for massage packets.
